Turn on Enable Audio Player in SageIPTV’s settings to use the radio player for audio streams. Start with a station from your own playlist; stations you listen to are then available in recent history.
Play your first radio station
- Add a radio playlist using a direct M3U link or local file. The M3U setup guide explains both options.
- Open settings and turn on Enable Audio Player.
- Open the radio playlist and choose a station. Wait for the connection to complete.
- Use Play, Pause, or Stop in the radio player. A working source and internet connection are required for online stations.
Return to a recent station
The radio player keeps a history of stations you have listened to. Select a station in that history to return to it. Use the station controls to arrange recents or remove entries. Removing a recent entry does not delete the original playlist.
Radio playback supports listening with the phone locked. Live broadcasts do not offer the same seeking controls as recorded audio.
Optional Radio startup controls
Availability of direct Radio and startup controls depends on your installed app version. If your version includes Radio at startup, it offers normal startup, opening Radio while waiting for Play, or opening Radio and playing.
The Radio shortcut and startup modes require Enable Audio Player. Normal startup is the default. The remembered station is the last one that played successfully; play a station first if history is empty.
If the station does not play
Check your connection, try Play again, and try another station. If only one station fails, its stream address may have changed or its server may be unavailable. Ask the playlist source for an updated stream URL.
If the audio player does not open, check that Enable Audio Player is still on. Include the station’s error message when contacting support.
