SageIPTV is an IPTV player application that allows users to:

• Add and manage M3U playlists
• Connect to Xtream Codes and portal services
• Browse and play live TV channels, movies, and series
• Organize and customize their viewing experience

Important: SageIPTV is a media player only. We do not provide, host, control, or distribute any media content.

User Responsibilities

As a user of SageIPTV, you agree to:

• Only access content that you have legal rights to view
• Ensure your playlists and portals are from legitimate sources
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Be solely responsible for the content you access through third-party services

Content Disclaimer

SageIPTV does not provide, host, or distribute any video content. All content accessed through the application comes from third-party sources (playlists and portals) that you provide. We:

• Do not control or endorse any content accessed through third-party services
• Are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of third-party content
• Do not verify or validate the legitimacy of playlists or portals
• Cannot guarantee the availability or functionality of third-party services

Intellectual Property

The SageIPTV application, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Premium Access

Premium access includes:

• Ad-free experience
• Same-day email support

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing with notice to subscribers.

Parental Controls

SageIPTV provides parental control features, but parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for monitoring and controlling their children's use of the application and access to content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SageIPTV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the application
• Any content accessed through third-party services
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
